Greetings from Honduras! You read that right—I am in Honduras!

Due to Covid-19, I have spent the last few months with my family in Florida.  Even though it was good being with my family, I longed to be back in my home in Honduras. A few weeks ago, Honduras opened its airports and started allowing people to return. Returning to Honduras came with the stipulation that those traveling had to have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of leaving the United States and also register with immigration officials.

Once this report came out and after much prayer, I made the decision to return to Honduras. Thankfully, there were not any issues regarding my return, and I am now back home in Honduras. As Honduras seems to be opening quickly, I am now focused on getting ready to receive groups in 2021. There is a lot of work to be done, and I ask you to pray with me that I can get everything done and that God will send groups of young people to Honduras. I am now in contact with several pastors concerning sending youth from their church to Honduras.

Thank you for your prayers and support while I was in Florida. It was very encouraging to know people were praying for me.   I ask you to continue to pray for me as I focus on my responsibilities here at MEDA as well as on my college classes.
